1. CREATE A LIST OF QUESTIONS
Having a list of questions is an excellent way to focus your energy & illuminate the areas of life that require clarity.
Take some time before the reading to clear your mind and create a list of questions that are truly important to you.
Questions may focus on past, present, or future aspects of your life.
2. FIND A QUIET READING PLACE
Select a quiet place where you will not be disturbed during your reading.
Be sure to turn off the television, radio, motor vehicles, or any other device that may prevent you from listening carefully throughout your session.
3. KEEP AN OPEN MIND
The purpose of all sessions is for your spiritual growth, spiritual healing, and the ability to thrive in the physical world.
Before scheduling a session be very honest with yourself about whether or not you are open to receiving all the information that will be presented.
You will receive answers from spirit that are clear, honest, and practical.
However, responses may not always reflect what you expect to hear or want to hear.
It is important to remember that readings reveal what we need to hear most.
4. LISTEN & BREATHE
Once your questions have been stated be prepared to listen intently and keep breathing=)
Sometimes people are so nervous that they hold their breath! Just remember that a reading is for your growth and emotional well being.
There really is nothing to be afraid of.
I always pray that information is delivered in a way that you can understand & apply to your life.
If there is something you are unclear about you can definitely interrupt and ask for more clarification.
However, try not to constantly interrupt as I am answering your questions. It may not always sound like it at first but Spirit usually has the full answer and if you listen with out interruption you will get that answer pretty quickly.
5. TAKE NOTES OR RECORD YOUR SESSION
Ultimately, this is up to you, but most clients find notes/recording to be very helpful.
You may receive dates, names, guidance  or information that you do not understand at the time of the reading.
However, after the session you may realize the significance of the information presented.
Notes and/or recording often helps to confirm this information.
